FOOD WAS VERY VERY GOOD. ATE THE BUFFET AND NOT ONLY WAS THE CHICKEN OUTSTANDING, SO WAS THE COLESLAW AND BISCUITS. A VERY GOOD BARGAIN FOR SENIORS.

The service runs hot and cold. Some of the employees are great and others not so much. The food is typically good.

Got a twelve piece chicken wing from them the other day and it was horrible. Wings looked like they had been sitting in a warmer for hours, and they were hard as a rock. The sauce was nothing but a puddle of grease. To make matters worse, I ended up chipping a tooth on the last wing. Won't be eating there again.

Just ok as usual 1 wing of original 2 wings of crispy, but I don't care for crispy. I ask for additional original wings and was told there's crispy sings . So not that great for me.

This kfc does not want to pay my son for working there two weeks, they just give him a run around about his paycheck.When I call the managers were so rude And lie about who to call and gave me the wrong no to call to complaint

not good at all!! we ordered 2 buffets and ask nicely for chicken legs in orginal bc they were out some worker replied we can only put outb1 leg at a time!!! REALLY?? NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I HEARD OF NOT ALLOWING PPL TO EAT ON A BUFFET OTHERS WANTED THE LEGS AS WELL !! 10.99 IS A FAIR PRICE FOR A BUFFET IF YOU GET TO EAT WHAT U LIKE!!

I go for the buffet and leave full. This location always keeps the buffet fully stocked. Restaurant and restrooms are always clean. I definitely enjoy this location more than others. Wish it wasn't on the south side of Hannibal just because the intersection where it is is a nightmare.

Decided not to cook tonight!! Clerk was very cold and never looked at me!! KFC's chicken quality is not what it used to be. I still like the taste of their chicken.....but the legs in my order where as big as a pigion! Miss the old quality!! Then bad service....hard to spend my money on fast food with experience like this!!!

Food is always hot and good. Almost always get exactly what I ordered. Anytime it hasn't been they've quickly fixed it with a smile.

I would never go back..potatoe spoon taken out to there table by children and putting their fingers on it and took it back

I think they need to do some deep cleaning. Could feel grease on floor as you were walking. Bathroom needed floor cleaned and also no toilet paper!

Worst KFC experience ever! I have never had KFC mess up my order before. We had been on the road for seven hours and stopped by to get some food and they completely messed up our order and only gave us half of it but we were down the road before we realised it and called and they were super rude and did not offer us anything to fix it.

I went through the drive thru around 6pm and it probably took between 10-15 minutes and there were only 2 or 3 cars ahead of me, which is why i onky gave 4 stars. But the $3 famous bowl was amazing just like I remembered it!

I eat way too much mashed potatoes and gravy when I go here. If you're tired of just plain mashed potatoes and gravy, try the Famous Bowl. Although, I'd suggest removing the corn because I feel that it takes away from the texture and taste of the dish.

Buffet was good but very limited. Dining room could have been cleaner. Workers were very nice.
